2. Criteria
- Motivated colleagues, who are working in an insurance company, broker or a bank , you are invited to apply online “First Come, First Pitch”
- Your company pays a nomination fee of 399 EUR (excl. VAT, incl. #MOI Ticket) on your behalf. One Talent – One Application!
3. Apply your favorite, existed project (not Ideas)
- New Products or Efficient Processes or App Technology
- Marketing campagne or Creative Design or Organisation form or Other innovation
4. Assessment
- Application Open from 01st Dec 2024
- Apply to Win #MOI Trophy
- We invite 10 Talents (Insurance & Banks) to “PITCH LIKE A STARTUP, EVENT IF YOU AREN`T!” on #MOI2025 stage live (03th-04rd Jun 2025)
- Win the #MOI Talent Award 2025 (1st-3rd place with Trophy in each category)
5. Award Show
- The 10 Talents (5 insurance, 5 banks) will be featured on the stage in #MOI2025 and have the opportunity for a 5-minute pitch at the event.
