2. Criteria
- Motivated colleagues, who are working in an insurance or broker company, bank or telecom, you are invited to apply online “First Come, First Pitch”
- Your company pays a nomination fee of 399 EUR (excl. VAT, incl. #MOI Ticket) on your behalf. One Talent – One Application!

3. Apply your favorite, existed project (not Ideas)
- New Products or Efficient Processes or App Technology
- Marketing campagne or Creative Design or Organisation form or Other innovation
4. Assessment

- We invite the first 10 Talents to “PITCH LIKE A STARTUP, EVENT IF YOU AREN`T!” on #MOI2025 stage live (12th-13rd May 2025)
