- Motivated colleagues, who are working in an insurance company, broker or a bank , you are invited to apply online

- New Products or Efficient Processes or App Technology
- Marketing campagne or Creative Design or Organisation form or Other innovation
4. Assessment
- Application Open from 01st Nov 2025 – 28th Febr 2026
- Apply to Win #MOI Trophy
- We invite 6 Gentlemen (3 Insurance & 3 Banking) to “PITCH LIKE A STARTUP, EVENT IF YOU AREN`T!” on #MOI2026 stage live (15th Apr 2026)
- Win the #MOI Gentlemen Award 2026 (1st-3rd place with Trophy in each category)
5. Award Show
- The 6 Gentlemen (3 insurance, 3 bank) will be featured on the stage in #MOI2026 and have the opportunity for a 5-minute pitch at the event.
